At Real Healthy Haven, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Please read our shipping policy below:

  1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received.

  2. Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $75.00. This offer applies to both domestic and international orders and under 1.3lbs (of weight).

  3. Shipping Costs: For orders under $75.00, shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the products and your location. These costs will be displayed at checkout.

  4. Special Offer: This is depending on the product as we do dropshipping

  • Standard Domestic
    5 to 9 business days • Orders $35.00 and up - Free
    Standard Domestic
    5 to 9 business days • Orders 1.5kg–2kg  - Free
    Standard Domestic
    5 to 9 business days • Orders 2.1kg–20kg - Flat Fee $15.00

  • Express International - Zone 1-3 Only Based on the product
    2 to 3 business days • Orders $100.00 and up - Free under 2lbs
    As of April 1, 2025 Tariff charges may apply of 25% for USA customers 
  • Standard International - based on the product
    4 to 9 business days • Orders $55.00 and up - Free under 2lbs

  • Standard International - based on the product
    4 to 9 business days • Orders 1.5kg–2kg and up - Flat Fee $10.00 in Zone (1-3)

  • Standard International - based on the product
    4 to 8 business days • Orders 2.1kg–5kg and up - Flat Fee $17,00 in Zone (1-3)

  • Other ZONES are subjected to delivery charges based on carrier (Email: Realhealthyhaven@gmail) to request and arrange for delivery prior to your order especially for large products.

    • Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.
    • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 10-19 business days. Please note that customs processing may affect delivery times.

  2. Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package.

  3. Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes required by their country.
